I want to shout this from the roof tops! Daniel Enterprises in the best roofing company. This week has been a little wet in the Carolina’s. Keep in mind I have a rather new home. I got a call from my kids that I needed to come home right away. Something was leaking from the ceiling. I immediately called Daniel Enterprises. I heard from a friend of a friend that they did good work and were very responsive. Wow, they lived up to their untarnished reputation. A fellow by the name of Mike Claudio picked up the phone, after hours mind you ( around 7pm ). I told him what my kids said and he assured me that he would do everything possible to provide me a quick remedy. I described where the water was coming from and answered all of his questions. Without looking at the home he was able to tell me what the issue may be. First thing in the morning we had a knock at the door and it was one of their service techs. He was so nice assuring us that he would fix the leak. He went up in the attic, identified the issue ( took pictures with his phone ) and showed them to me – describing exactly what was wrong. Then he proceeded to get on the roof and fix the problem. Amazing. My family and I was so impressed by the professionalism. Thank you soo much for being amazing!! I will refer you to everyone I know. So far so good. We have been trying to get some repairs done on our roof since February this year and this is the third roofer we have contacted. Daniel Enterprises responded in a timely manner and worked with my schedule. Jerry is the guy who came out to our home. He was very honest and professional. Looking forward to finally getting our repairs done.
